Rabbit TV Device asked me to login before registering

Got straight to the login page when you plugged in your Rabbit TV device?

Just follow the steps below:


1. 
Is the Rabbit TV USB device new and fresh out of the package? Or, did you receive it from someone else who may have already registered the device?

If the device has already been registered, please reach out to the person you received it from and ask them to confirm the correct login and registration information associated with the account (Full name, email, address).

If the device is new, proceed to step 2. 


2. Click Here to locate your device ID number 
   
3. Once you find the device ID number, just provide it to an agent in live chat, or submit a support ticket, including this number and your email address. We will then be able to get you set up to use Rabbit TV Plus.
