Asked me to log in before getting a chance to register

First, we would just like to confirm that you have just purchased the device and it is being used for the very first time. Or, did you receive it from someone else who may have already registered the device?

1. Click Here to learn how to find your device ID number (Located in did.txt file)
    
 2. Once you find the device ID number, just provide it to an agent in live chat, or submit a support ticket, including this number and your email address. 

We'll then be able to get everything situated for you.
