Just follow these steps:
(First, we would just like to confirm that you have just purchased the device and it is being used for the very first time. Or, did you receive it from someone else who may have already registered the device?)
1. CLICK HERE to learn how to find your device ID number (Located in did.txt file)
2. Once you find the device ID number, just provide it to an agent in live chat, or submit a support ticket, including this number and your email address.
Once we receive the device ID number, we will be able to resolve this issue.
