How to find your device ID number

The Device ID Number allows us to look into the database and better determine why you are encountering a particular issue with your device. It's also another way for us to look you up if you forgot your username and password.

The easiest way to get the device ID number is by copying the Web URL for the Rabbit TV login page

> Windows Users

> Mac Users


Instructions for Windows Users

 
 
         

 
  • Once you're on the Rabbit TV login page, you will see the Web URL located at the top of your browser.



     
  • Click once in that Web address bar and it should highlight the entire URL
    (or you can use "cntrl+A" keyboard shortcut to select entire URL)
     
  • Right-click on the highlighted URL

    > Select "Copy" (or you can use "cntrl+c" keyboard shortcut to copy).




     
  • Click in the live chat or ticket message box

    > Then right-click and select "Paste" (or you can use "cntrl+v" keyboard shortcut to paste)


     


Instructions for Mac users

  • Hold down the control key on your keyboard and click on the highlighted URL

    > Select Copy (Or you can use "command+c" keyboard shortcut to copy the URL)



     

     
  • Click in the live chat or ticket message box

    > Then hold down the control key on your keyboard and click

    > Select "Paste" (or you can use "command+v" keyboard shortcut to paste)
