I Forgot My Password

Every time you plug in your Rabbit TV USB device you will be asked to log in with your username and password. If you forgot your password, just click on the "Forgot your password? Click Here” link directly underneath the login button.

You’ll be asked to provide the email address you have registered with Rabbit TV. Type in that email address and click “reset my password”. We will then email you instructions for setting a new password. This email also includes your registered username.

If you are not receiving the password reset email after submitting a request, be sure to check your Spam folder, as well as any email filters you have set up. It's possible that the email may have been redirected away from your main inbox due to any spam or filter settings.

I'm Still Having Trouble Logging In

If you still have trouble logging in after following the instructions above, make sure sure you have Cookies and JavaScript enabled (see How to Enable Cookies). After enabling cookies, make sure you close out your browser windows and then restart your internet browser so that the setting takes effect.
