Support Site Update

SmarterTrack, our host service for Rabbit TV Support, will be undergoing routine site maintenance on Thursday, April 28th starting at 12am EST (10pm MST). 

During this time, users may have trouble reaching or navigating the support site - and may also have trouble communicating with our support crew through live chat. 

However, we expect that downtime to be very brief and thank you very much for your patience while the update is taking place.
