Having Trouble Logging In?

NOTE: Be sure to log out each time you're done using RabbitTV.


If you're having trouble logging in, complete the steps below: 

 
  1. Unplug the device and plug it back in. Then try logging in again.

     
  2. Click Here to enable cookies

    Click Here to clear your browser cache

    (After completing steps, re-launch your internet browser and then try logging in.) 


     
  3. Try using a different internet browser. 

    Click Here to set/change your default browser


    (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, or Safari). 


    NOTE: If you try using a different browser, follow step 2 again.
