This is how the Rabbit TV Toolbar SHOULD display on your screen:

Some signs of the resolution being off:

- Rabbit TV Toolbar not displaying fully (missing "Account" link in the top right, above toolbar)

- Blank sections on the homepage and/or other pages

- Video player and other links are too large

To fix this display issue, just follow the quick instructions below:

Internet Explorer users
  • First make sure the browser window for Rabbit TV is fully maximized.

  • Click on the Settings icon (looks like a gear) in the top right corner of Internet Explorer > On the drop-down menu that appears, hover your mouse over "Zoom"

  • Make sure the screen is not zoomed in beyond 100% - zooming in more than 100% will cause the toolbar to not display properly.

Google Chrome users
  • First make sure the browser window for Rabbit TV is fully maximized.

  • Click on the Settings icon in the top right corner of Google Chrome (square with three lines in it) > On the drop-down menu that appears, scroll over "Zoom"

  • Make sure the screen is not zoomed in beyond 100% - zooming in more than 100% will cause the toolbar to not display properly.

Firefox Users
  • First make sure the browser window for Rabbit TV is fully maximized

  • Click on the Settings menu in the top right corner of Firefox (square with three lines in it) > In the drop-down menu that appears, you should see a number/percentage, with a minus sign (-) to the left and a plus sign (+) to the right.

  • Preferably, you will want to make sure the zoom is at 100%, or just keep clicking the plus or minus sign on the zoom until you see the Rabbit TV Toolbar displaying properly.
